Where possible, this site complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Conformance AAA. Layout is accomplished with CSS but the site is designed to be functional if CSS is not supported.
Navigation links are grouped, with "invisible" links to skip to content provided. Important navigation links have shortcut keys to enable quick access.

How to use Access Keys
For most Windows operating systems, press the "alt" key in addition
to the access key.
( In Internet Explorer 5+ then press 'Enter' to go to the link.)
On Macintosh systems, press the "ctrl" key in addition to the access key.
Some web browsers which support the accesskey attribute are:
- Internet Explorer 4+ (Windows) 5+ (Mac)
- Mozilla (Windows + Linux)
- Netscape 6+ (Windows)
- Opera 7 (Windows + Linux)
- Safari 1.2
- Omniweb
Images
Content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Decorative graphics include empty ALT attributes or short descriptions.
Colour and Font Size
To change font sizes only:
- In Internet Explorere, select
VIEW, thenTEXT SIZE, and then your preferred size. - In Netscape select
View, thenText Zoom, and then your preferred percentage size.
If you wish to override the site's colours and font sizes, you can turn them off in your browser, or you can import your own style sheet. (see below)
Style Sheets
This site uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for visual layout.
To import your own style sheet or turn off the colours and styles in this style sheet:
- In Internet Explorer, select
TOOLS, thenINTERNET OPTIONS, and thenACCESSIBILITY.Next click on any or all of the three checkboxes to ignore colours, font styles, or font sizes. You can change your style sheet in the sam window by clicking, 'FORMAT DOCUMENT USING MY STYLE SHEET' then browse to your style sheet and click OK. - In Netscape, select
EDIT, thenPREFERENCESand thenAPPEARANCE. You can choose to specify your own colours and fonts.
